By purchasing a ticket or visiting our site, you ("Participant") agree to these terms set by Cain's Creative Chaos, LLC.
Assumption of Risk & Liability – Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Cain's Creative Chaos is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages on-site. Wear suitable clothing as some paint may stain.
Safety & Conduct – Participants are responsible for their well-being. Failure to follow rules or causing disturbances may result in removal without refund. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Prohibited Items & Intoxication – No hazardous objects allowed. Alcohol is permitted in moderation (bring your own, we do not sell alcohol or provide it, unless otherwise noted in the event); intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed.
Personal Belongings & Facility Care – Cain's Creative Chaos is not liable for lost or damaged items. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause.
Age Policy – Check event details for age restrictions. Adults (18+) can book appointments.
Refunds, Cancellations & Late Arrivals – Refunds can be requested up to 48 hours prior to event. Some events may require a longer refund window. Booking fees are paid directly to the booking website and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is at management’s discretion. Late arrivals may result in lost time or denial of entry without refund.
Transfers, Resales & Intellectual Property – Bookings may be transferred WITH notice to Cain's Creative Chaos, but cannot be resold for profit.
Gift Cards & Vouchers – Non-refundable and must be used before expiration.
Allergies – Notify us of any food allergies in advance.
Media Release – Participants own the artwork they create but grant Cain’s Creative Chaos permission to use photos of their work for promotional purposes.
Booking & Payments – Bookings can be made online, in person, or via email [email protected]. Payment forms accepted are cards, cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, cash app. Payments via cards & PayPal may incur additional fees.
Force Majeure – Cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, etc.) will not be refunded, but will be rescheduled. Closings & Delays will be listed on our website, Facebook page, and WTHR.
Privacy Policy – Personal information is used only for bookings and communication.
